APPLICATIONS

 

The following abatements were recommended for approval by the Director of Equalization and the State's Attorney's Office for Minnehaha County; and the City Attorney for Sioux Falls:

 

5.

City of Sioux Falls, parcel #88578, for 2016 property taxes in the amount of $4,161.25. The City of Sioux Falls purchased the property on February 18, 2016, and request an abatement for the portion of the year that taxes are exempt.

 

Items 6-10: Applicants qualify for property exemption under SDCL 10-4-40.

Parcel #42102 for 2016 property taxes in the amount of $1,609.03.

 

7.

Parcel #42571 for 2016 property taxes in the amount of $1,521.31.

 

8.

Parcel #60963 for 2016 property taxes in the amount of $3,795.34.

 

9.

Parcel #72521 for 2016 property taxes in the amount of $340.02.

 

10.

Parcel #25322 for 2016 property taxes in the amount of $1,521.32.

 

The following abatements were recommended for approval by the Director of Equalization and the State's Attorney's Office for Lincoln County; and the City Attorney for Sioux Falls:

Misty Glen MHC, 6301 W. Misty Glen Pl., for 2016 property taxes in the amount of $1,180.34. A manufactured home was placed on the wrong property for year 2016.

 

12.

Donahoe Family Trust, parcel #280.50.13.1010, for 2016 property taxes in the amount of $48.37. The property is exempt from the tax; it was purchased on June 14, 2016, by the Harrisburg School District (exempt for 200 days).
