A communication was received from the Sioux Empire Baseball Association stating their intent to sell raffle tickets from January 2, 2012 until May 14, 2012 for one grand prize of $1000.00 or 20 individual prizes of $50.00 each. Tickets will be sold for $5.00 each. The proceeds will benefit the Sioux Empire Baseball Association in providing a quality youth baseball program in Sioux Falls.

James Madsen, 2605 E. 12th Street, for 2010 property taxes in the amount of $657.97. The amount requested is the difference between the elderly freeze and non elderly freeze.
